Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

This page covers the basics of using this site. It's written in plain language on purpose.

The demo pages

The sites under "Our Work" (The Barbershop, The Copper Clover, Café, VERA Pizza, and similar) are concept demos built to show FORMA's design and development work. They are not real, operating businesses. Any booking, ordering, or contact buttons on those pages are for demonstration only and are not connected to a real business.

Pricing

Prices listed on this site are starting estimates, not final quotes. The actual cost of a project depends on scope and is agreed in writing before work begins.

Content and images

Some images on the demo pages are stock photography used for illustration. This site's own design, code, and written content belong to FORMA.

No warranty

This site and its demos are provided as-is, without guarantees of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and functioning, but don't warrant that the site will be error-free at all times.
